أرسلنا موسى إلى فرعون وأكابر أتباعه وأشراف قومه، فكفر فرعون وأمر قومه أن يتبعوه، فأطاعوه، وخالفوا أمر موسى، وليس في أمر فرعون رشد ولا هدى، وإنما هو جهل وضلال وكفر وعناد.
