37 وَكَذَٰلِكَ أَنزَلْنَاهُ حُكْمًا عَرَبِيًّا ۚ وَلَئِنِ اتَّبَعْتَ أَهْوَاءَهُم بَعْدَمَا جَاءَكَ مِنَ الْعِلْمِ مَا لَكَ مِنَ اللَّهِ مِن وَلِيٍّ وَلَا وَاقٍ ﴿37﴾

التفسير الميسر - مجمع الملك فهد وكما أنزلنا الكتب على الأنبياء بلسانهم أنزلنا إليك -أيها الرسول- القرآن بلغة العرب؛ لتحكم به، ولئن اتبعت أهواء المشركين في عبادة غير الله -بعد الحق الذي جاءك من الله- ليس لك ناصر ينصرك ويمنعك من عذابه.

Français - Muhammad Hamidullah Ainsi l'avons-Nous fait descendre (le Coran) [sous forme] de loi en arabe. Et si tu suis leurs passions après ce que tu as reçu comme savoir, il n'y aura pour toi, contre Allah, ni allié ni protecteur.

English - Sahih International And thus We have revealed it as an Arabic legislation. And if you should follow their inclinations after what has come to you of knowledge, you would not have against Allah any ally or any protector.
