وإذا وجب العذاب عليهم؛ لتماديهم في المعاصي والطغيان، وإعراضهم عن شرع الله وحكمه، حتى صاروا من شرار خلقه، أخرجنا لهم من الأرض في آخر الزمان علامة من علامات الساعة الكبرى، وهي "الدابة"، تحدثهم أن الناس المنكرين للبعث كانوا بالقرآن ومحمد صلى الله عليه وسلم ودينه لا يصدقون ولا يعملون.

Et quand la Parole tombera sur eux, Nous leur ferons sortir de terre une bête qui leur parlera; les gens n'étaient nullement convaincus de la vérité de Nos signes [ou versets].
English - Sahih International
And when the word befalls them, We will bring forth for them a creature from the earth speaking to them, [saying] that the people were, of Our verses, not certain [in faith].
