وأنه لو سار الكفار من الإنس والجن على طريقة الإسلام، ولم يحيدوا عنها لأنزلنا عليهم ماءً كثيرًا، ولوسَّعنا عليهم الرزق في الدنيا؛ لنختبرهم: كيف يشكرون نعم الله عليهم؟ ومن يُعرض عن طاعة ربه واستماع القرآن وتدبره، والعمل به يدخله عذابًا شديدًا شاقًّا.
