إن الذين كفروا بالله، وكذبوا بما جاءهم به محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، ويمنعون غيرهم من الدخول في دين الله، ويصدون رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم والمؤمنين في عام "الحديبية" عن المسجد الحرام، الذي جعلناه لجميع المؤمنين، سواء المقيم فيه والقادم إليه، لهم عذاب أليم موجع، ومن يرد في المسجد الحرام الميْلَ عن الحق ظلمًا فيَعْصِ الله فيه، نُذِقْه مِن عذاب أليم موجع.

Mais ceux qui mécroient et qui obstruent le sentier d'Allah et celui de la Mosquée sacrée, que Nous avons établie pour les gens: aussi bien les résidents que ceux de passage... Quiconque cherche à y commettre un sacrilège injustement, Nous lui ferons goûter un châtiment douloureux,
English - Sahih International
Indeed, those who have disbelieved and avert [people] from the way of Allah and [from] al-Masjid al-Haram, which We made for the people - equal are the resident therein and one from outside; and [also] whoever intends [a deed] therein of deviation [in religion] or wrongdoing - We will make him taste of a painful punishment.
