14 وَلِلَّهِ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ يَغْفِرُ لِمَن يَشَاءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَاءُ ۚ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا ﴿14﴾

التفسير الميسر - مجمع الملك فهد ولله ملك السموات والأرض وما فيهما، يتجاوز برحمته عمن يشاء فيستر ذنبه، ويعذِّب بعدله من يشاء. وكان الله سبحانه وتعالى غفورًا لمن تاب إليه، رحيمًا به.

Français - Muhammad Hamidullah A Allah appartient la souveraineté des cieux et de la terre. Il pardonne à qui Il veut et châtie qui Il veut. Allah demeure cependant, Pardonneur et Miséricordieux.

English - Sahih International And to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. He forgives whom He wills and punishes whom He wills. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.
